Hi, I want to use my new iPad 3 for public speaking. This means I need to disable the screen timeout and have the screen on permanently. Yet I only seem to have 2min and 5 min options. Is this because I am password coded for Microsoft exchange server? Any help greatly appreciated. Mantovani.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

My auto lock feature lists 2,5,10 and 15 minutes and Never which is what you need here. Do you only have 2 and 5 minutes? that is strange and maybe just what you say. I hope someone will chime in here who does know.

If you have a corprate manged iPad your company can set policies that limit your iPad's security options. You'll have to talk to your IT people if you need to be an exception to their auto-lock policy.

Hi Twerppoet, just wanted to say it's all sorted and I have had password removed by my corporate provider. Screen now able to be on all the time, with autolock removed completely. Thanks ++ no one else could solve this for me. Most grateful. M.
