Displaying more than video with VGA connector

Hi, I'm Henry and just purchased the fantastic app; iThoughtsHD. A great mindmap tool, but it does not appear to be one of the apps that works with the VGA adapter, and specifically won't show the images/screen on an attached projector. Since more and more business friendly apps are showing up on the iPad, when will we have the capability to show the screen on an attached projector?
