Do new iPads come installed with iOS4.2?

I think this thread needs to be closed now based on the fact that all new iPads have been shipping with 4.2.1 since before Christmas. The only way you'll find 3.2.2 is if a vendor is selling very old stock...

I bought one at Best Buy yesterday it had 4.2 on it, Im in SoCal
