2. Unsure how to but do not think its possible based on FAQ at the developers website.
3. You must have a Facebook (FB) account. Click on the cog wheel at bottom and look at very bottom of window at a gray box...log into your facebook account there. This will auto save your game as you play.

@Guzzogal: To fix this problem, make sure your game is logged into your facebook account and do a few actions on some of your floors. Then completely close the game and then delete the game off of your ipad/iphone. Reinstall the game, open it up and it will start like a new game but after you complete the first two floors and it allows you control, then open up the cog wheel at the bottom and sign back into your facebook account. It will tell you that you have a saved game and ask if you want to load it...select YES and your game will load and should fix your bug and allow you to open the doors. REMEMBER, you will NOT loose anything as long as your game is SAVED to your Facebook Account.

Thanks for the advice. I did try and make sure I was logged in and then restarted the game, however, I did lose a bit of
progress and now cannot open 1 of the newer bunkers. I've tried to remove game, reload it and log in several times but I still cannot access my friends to collect or fill my shelters. I'm going to report the bug. It's very frustrating. I just love the game. Will wait for a fix. Thanks everyone!
 
That's not good. I have 99 floors and almost 200 friends. I also only get the 4 default friends in the tunnels. I don't use FB so not sure i can get the this bug fixed.

UPDATE: Okay...self fixed the problem. 1st and most Important...MAKE sure you are SIGNED in to your Facebook account and do a few actions to insure your game has auto saved to FB. Close the app and then DELETE the app from your iPhone/iPad. Go to App Store and REINSTALL the game. You will have to watch the intro video and complete the first 2 floors before it gives you control. Log into your Facebook account and after a few seconds it will ask if you want to reload your saved game...CLICK YES. It will restart the app and everything will work as normal and all your friends will be there. Good Luck

Thought this would be great, as I have been 4 days unable to see friends. I tried this & no luck with getting to visit my 300+ friends, and I lost 10 floors!!

I'm going to the developers' website and log a request for help. I urge everyone with problems to do the same. They won't know the game needs fixing if we don't tell them.
 
Yeah, and try not to kick out any of those 4 original "friends". I accidentally kicked one out, and now I just have 3. He never came back
 
Hi...i keep on getting a friend request from the same person. I already tried restarting, accepting and rejecting the friend request but it still is there when i check friend requests. Im worried it maybe blocking other friend requests. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advise please would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Yes I did too! So I just ignored him ;)

Just wanna share this - perhaps its stale news...
I realized that I could earn coins faster from VIPs when I've got 1floor left before the assessment. Since that floor will be soooo freaking expensive, I made all my VIPs to give me coins and as you guys have already noted that they give 20% of the next floor price. So now I'm using this method to save and make even more coins to buy more floors later ;)

Yes I have had the same problem and have reported the bug and request that you do the same using my link on page 12 of this thread. I have 3 stuck but they are loaded in the tunnel. It does not affect you adding new friends when you get the chance. Just ignore the one that is stuck, add the others and once you have the others keep trying to delete the stuck one. This game has many bugs which is sad because many are playing it and enjoying it. The more bug reports sent in, the faster we will hopefully see an update.

I am doing the exact same thing and save enough gold for 5+ floors then use a bonus code to build that most expensive floor. Hopefully we start seeing some new bonus codes soon as I am running out of them.
 
In one room I have 4 preppers and I have no way to fix it because if I re assign one of them then while I see 3 preppers there are only 2 listed, anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?

I've had this happen a number of times. I reassign all preppers in that room to their home room and then immediately assign the preppers back to that room minus the extra. That extra can assigned to a different room of your choice.

You have to build Shelters. You need 3 Shelters for every 5 floors of Security, Food, Science, Workshop, or Recreation. Each shelter gives 5 workers, each floor requires 3 workers to make products and earn you money.

I couldn't reach their servers, uninstalled the game. reinstalled, logged back into my facebook. Nothing. Done it a couple times. Finally worked, but it saved one of those other attempts OVER my 85 floor game. Now it wants to load a 2 floor game. ***. So unless someone knows how to go farther back in saves, I'm done with this game and any other G5 POS

Yep, that happened to me too, 2 days ago. Now I am rebuilding smarter and better, I guess.
