Download issues since 4.3.3

Hi everyone, I downloaded the latest iPad update 4.3.3 and since then when I try to download content albeit YouTube, new apps and updates etc they stop at about 20% download. I have a 64gb unit which only has 15gb used so it's not lack of memory, as I'm not a tech head all I have done so far is powered down.

Any advice.

If it was just YouTube I would have an explanation. YouTube stops after a certain percentage depending on resolution and length of the video to conserve ram.

As for everything doing that, that definitely isn't normal. Reset your wireless router, (unplug it and count to 30, then plug it back in), reboot iPad, and even try a restore with iTunes. I hate to go that far but it might help.

I found that the itouch's and the iPhones we have (hope you appreciate our custom Apple) were doing the same, so I took your advice and simply rebooting the router seems to have done the trick, the simple things!.
