Downloaded app won't download or delete

Hi, I have downloaded a large app, that refuses to delete or install. I run it through the same steps that I download other large apps that does install, but just hangs on my screen, unable to install or delete. How can I fix this?

That's happened to me a couple of times. Each time a full reboot solved the problem. Hold down the home button until you see the slider to shut your iPad down appear on the screen. Shut it down and after the screen goes fully black hold down the home button again until you see the Apple logo. Once it's booted up have a look at the app's icon again. The app may re-download or the icon may not even be there in which case you can download it again. Frustrating and rare but these things happen.
