THE "I L" ISLAND is dedicated to the owner's (MY) wonderful support system and fiance. Without "I L", there would be no DV for this fan. The beds of roses shaped into the ultimate symbol of LOVE display the care and appreciation of one DRAGON LOVER! The wishing well in the center represents all the hopes and dreams for our future. All your islands are amazing but my fave has got to be the I L island as that is too sweet also I like the missing gold story maybe the leprechaun dragon will find em for you lol x x x

FINALLY!!!! Just as I was about to give up and go back to bed, I used gems to hurry up my EBI, to clear it out for one last try. I usually don't use gems like that, but time is running out.. I got my first LYD on leap day morning, using love (11)/cold (10), hand have not been able to get a 2nd, or any rares since.

After an hour trying to figure out the best combo for what might be my last chance to breed a 2nd LYD, I used LOVE (11)/COLD (5) on my EBI and got 14.5 hours. YAY!!! I think I can sleep good for the next few hours.

Thanks to everyone for posting their suggestions and breeding combos! It's been a great help to me, and others.

Thanks. Had a great group behind me. Feel like its not mine it's ours. Just privileged to be able to look after it. So many people supported me, and without them I would not have it. From Segbert and then Poppy, getting people to send Gems, all the people who sent me gems (some becoming my friend just to help) and then, others tearing their hair out wishing they could help but those gems not being available but sending me their love, support and well wishes. There's just tooooo many people to thank.I love them all and could never, ever thank them enough.

I just got a 14,5 h breeding-time with storm-flower, and a 48 hr with love/cold.

Just had to go back and checked. Thanks for helping me stay strong, just when I started to think I was going to miss out. I felt like I had soooo many last chances, every time I thought That was it, someone sent me a Gem or said I still had time..

My partner and I celebrated with a Jim Beam when it finally happened.

Second leap year with the same combo- love and cold! Both in the epic breeding island. Now I have a breeding pair. Anyone try breeding with one yet? If so, what combo and what did you get? Cannot wait to try but my breeding caves are full.

In all the frenzy, I did use about 15 gems total to speed things up (shorter time dragons) which for me is a lot because I only get gems from the coliseum. I know I would be terrible at keeping up with who gave me a gem when, so opted not to trade gems instead of being a bad citizen with respect to returning them. Funny thing is, I got my first LYDIA without realizing it until the egg was in the hatchery. The second was a last effort without much hope for getting the second.

Yay! Congrats! That is quite a accomplishment when your not trading gems! :thumbs:

If I have more than one try I would go with Flower / Storm
