I am debating whether to sell one of my water habitats to make room for another rainbow habitat for my second LYD. Financially it makes the most sense, but aesthetically the placement of my two water habitats and the maze to get around the large boulders is still my favorite "natural" design on all of my islands. This one design has inspired all of my subsequent islands to stay as natural as possible, even to the point that I have removed no rocks or bushes of any size on my fourth and fifth islands. Even made me regret clearing my first island as much as I did. You can replace the trees, but not the rocks. And there is something to be said about trying to work around something. Perhaps I will keep both water habitats because I love the layout but sell a cold one, for which I have a number from when I was working on the cold shrine before the hibernation cave came out. Due to how often I can play DV (only at night after work and in the morning), having habitats with lower max dragoncash limits does not make much sense. Decisions, decisions! I guess this is just another example of making a choice on which part of DV is your favorite and being willing to take a lesser financial decision for your aesthetic happiness. I guess that it is similar to people buying a painting in the real world- no financial benefit, only aesthetic. I guess I finally do see DV as more than an economics game, but not entirely a game of graphic design.
