Hello all, new kid in the block. I just added Smurfette to my friends list, but I guess she has to accept me before I can send her a gem, right? Anyway, just FYI, I'm currently breeding my second LYD and I did both combining Level 8 Mud with Level 8 Scorch, in that order. The first one took me three tries (giving 3 hour fireflys) and the second one took me two tries (with a firefly as well). Hope it helps, and that there's still time for those who still don't get it. Cheers.

FINALLY!!!! Just as I was about to give up and go back to bed, I used gems to hurry up my EBI, to clear it out for one last try. I usually don't use gems like that, but time is running out.. I got my first LYD on leap day morning, using love (11)/cold (10), hand have not been able to get a 2nd, or any rares since.

After an hour trying to figure out the best combo for what might be my last chance to breed a 2nd LYD, I used LOVE (11)/COLD (5) on my EBI and got 14.5 hours. YAY!!! I think I can sleep good for the next few hours.

Thanks to everyone for posting their suggestions and breeding combos! It's been a great help to me, and others.

Still trying to figure out why the leap year dragon is still available. BFS may have given us a riddle. They say that the Astrolab was invented by Dalfgan which rearranged can be Gandalf, one of the characters in Lord of the Rings. Gandalf was at Bridget's pass with the ogres. Maybe if you have the Astrolab you have a few extra days to get the LYD.

Yes he has but they are even more difficult to see now as he had them going through the fountain of youth and now they are very very tiny Lol

Thanks! I figured we could. Waiting for my habitat to finish so I can get the 2nd out of the hatchery. I had better move my butt though...taking a road trip up to Disney world for the weekend with the kids. I'll have my iPad though and my iPhone will be on me at all times. Haha.

Why is it still in the market when BFS told us it would be available through March 1? The stated deadline was like yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater. I would be *very* disappointed if there was no fire.
