Well ive kept breeding bluefire n crystal my rainbow has a day still till egg hatches. And inbetween i gotta mountain dragon but now another 2 day breed in cave i hope it's son but I'm amazed fully expected to have to breed for two weeks again to get another rare im pleasantly surprised

Fir all of u who read my dragonvale update info, I received this new info : the update will possibly have a level cap increase to 25 and something about an Epic Breeding Island. What ever else I find out I will let u all know. Breed on!!!

What do you mean by breeding island? And I really hope there are some new dragons!!! Keep us updated! also, any ideas when they'll come out with the update? I'm getting excited

I figure another island is what they meant and I ask about the release date but they want it to be a surprise so they wouldn't say when but they did say soon and as for dragons they won't say but I figure they'll at least give us one new dragon but I'm just excited they finally are gonna give us another island

Well, I did think the generational thing was probably a bunch of bunk. But I tried it because I have tried everything else to no avail. I'm breeding a 48 hour dragon right....first time ever! So thank you for sharing the generational breeding chart! Something's cookin' and I'm so excited!!! I was ready to give up and just wait for updates to see all the stuff I would never get. LOL

Lol I thought the same thing but it got me mine too. Your very welcome! Whatever works riight?! Well I'm glad you got one! I really think it could be because I gave up on it and tried for a week or two to get Sun and Moon. Then I finally decided to try the gene thing. I'm actually not sure what to think if that makes sense. I wanna see if it works for others but I'm also giving it a go again to see if I can get another Rainbow. Congrats! I'm so glad it wasn't only me that it worked for.

Me too. I wonder if it'll be on Thanksgiving. I also know though that they have to submit it to apple and then it's a wait til it's approved.

Ohhh, come soon! When is thanksgiving? Then they could have à turkeydragon!! Good they Will expand to level 25, and hopefully à new Island, it's getting crowded now in "snalfa-land" and the cashstack is getting bigger and bigger.

Nice. I just hoping the odds are slimmed for a rainbow dragon, must have tried 30 + times for one with a firefly & seaweed combo.

What order did you put them in? I would try switching with Seaweed on left and Firefly on right. Hope this helps. I have a feeling if they do make it easier for the Rainbow they will just make it real hard for something else.

Usually seaweed on the left, but have tried both.

Think I'm on my 12th attempt at blue fire, fire on the left, ice on the right. Every time it's bred an ice dragon.

Wouldn't I be nice if we could gift dragons to GC friends.

Hmmm...well after you have worked on the bluefire/ice combo you could try the gene thing with seaweed and firefly. I don't know if I really believe in it but it has worked for a couple of us on here so far.

I'm also trying like 20 times before I switch the order. Don't know if that helps or not. Seems in a way it could be just luck of the draw but I wonder why some have all the luck and some aren't getting anything. It would be nice if they would atleast confirm one way or another if it's all just luck or if there is a method to the madness ya know?!

My gosh, that's a lot of 8 hr breeding! I gave up on bluefire/crystal because I kept getting crystal over and over...24 hrs no thanks. That's exactly why I'm giving it everything I have to get the 2 rainbows before I go back to that madness.

I agree...it would be nice to be able to gift other than just gems and I think it would be nice to be able to gift every friend instead of just 3 a day.
