How do you make a water dragon with out buying plz help i heard its cold and lightning but i done that in both combinations and it still make storm dragon

Im pretty sure the only pure dragon u can breed is an air using fire and water. I think u may have to fork out the 500,000 to buy it

Well everyone, I'm back from my mini vacation!!...

Just want to give everyone an update, I have my plant, earth, fire, lightening, and cold shrines complete. Halfway done with water, but it's proving difficult with 500,000 per each water dragon. I have 4 that I am breeding them with but still, painfully slow (not as slow as my cold dragons -.-) but sooooo expensive haha.

How is everyone else doing?

And wat do the shrines do?

How can you do it by only levelling up the ones you'll keep...I mean I'd love to do it that way but where would you put them all? Surely you'd have to sell some off (and feel bad, as below, heh)

Yes! I feel the same way! Even before the shrines I didnt keep every dragon anyway, so I hadnt even 'wasted the money' feeding them up and I STILL felt bad!

Thanks! The one is the only one I had finished. Been working on my cold island a bit tonight. Not really happy with it but I'm tired of messing with it. I just need the 2nd moon habitat but that will have to wait a bit. My second island is my favorite. Just a little cluttered but I'm good with it.

I hope something happens for you soon too. It has to. It'll come soon..how many times do you try with a combo before you switch? I'm on try 19 with storm and sonic. One more try in the morning then I'm moving on to try mudd and storm I think. As soon as that 48 hrs is up I'll probably try that pair for the 4th time and see if it hits 48 hrs again.

I like the changes you've made and I think I can see where it's headed...and it'll be really nice once it's finalised.

I hope something happens for me soon too, obviously, hehe. I dont always keep track of how many times with a particular combo because I pretty just keep breeding the same ones until I am sick of them (usually no more than a couple of days, actually often only one day - just depends on the breed/incubation times too). Maybe sometimes that isnt long enough and I give up too early but I feel like I'm torturing myself to continue the same pair sometimes!

I hatched my moon dragon tonight so now I can say I officially have completed the all dragons achievement.

Hey Ive been tryin firefly plus seaweed on my 2 breeding places 40+ times and still no rainbow any other suggestions to get rainbow? And does my epic breeding island improve ability to get rare dragons or is it jus another breeding option?

Ive heard of Blazing x Crystal too but havent had luck with any combo yet myself unfortunately.
The epic breeding island is supposed to improve your odds but again, I personally have yet to see any evidence...

Sounds like you are doing really well with your shrines, well done! I'm not doing much at all towards mine; I'm really only feeding up any dragons I end up with in my pursuit of the rares (and I am NOT having much luck with the rares at all so there's a few of those, hahaha.)

heh, I'll admit I have gotten a little more heartless over time...all the random dragons I'm ending up with in my attempt for rares can't always be saved so I have to be strong and let them go

bwahaha, well I certainly wouldn't complain about another Sun but am more hoping for some general luck to bring me a Moon, or Rainbow (or even a Sandstorm!)

Good luck! (But be warned that any time you use a Crystal to breed, you run the risk of getting another one and of course they take 24 hours, which takes up space in your cave/nursery for a couple of days, hehe)
