Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Brooklyn, I leveled up to 25 yesterday and I know you've been at that level for a while. Does your XP meter move or is it stuck like it used to be at level 20 before the last update? Mine doesn't seem to move.

EDIT: never mind, I just visited your islands and your XP meter is at 0 too. It seems like any XPs gained after level 24 go up in smoke

Just purchased my 3rd island - any tips on how to seperate my habitats so I don't have any negative coin dragon values? Don't want to waste money on decorating until i figured it out.

Just got another moon with storm on  and quake on  Breed on!!!

Gonna try this combo from now on, everything else hasn't worked for me as of yet

I know, I even posted a warning about this ages ago. Unfortunately it's so darn easy to feed too much by accident, going past level 10, when you don't get that automatic stop. It's like sending a text or email to the wrong person, you notice as soon as your finger hits the button, and there is no taking it back. So in this case I decided to go all the way to level 11.

Lol same problem except I fed my earth dragon to 13 before I noticed haha

Thank you!!! , now I've been breeding my tail off and I just noticed that I already have 101 in my plant shrine and all the others are above 80 so now I'm just breeding and breeding trying to get all the others to 101 and then keep them as even as I can till the next update which for everyone who read each post I'm sorry to say I talk with backflip and the update is still a work in progress so we're gonna have to be patient for a little while. And as usual Breed on!!!

That's definitely a good idea. I'm going to get everything to 150 after getting every dragon to 15. That way I'll know I'll have the gold shrines when they come out lol.

I've seen a lot of people talk about being able to gift more than 3x per day, but I've yet to see anyone explain how- none of the methods I've seen posted work. Is this a myth, or IS there a way?

I play on my iPhone, if that makes any difference.

That's definitely a good idea. I'm going to get everything to 150 after getting every dragon to 15. That way I'll know I'll have the gold shrines when they come out lol.

Hmm, just thinking here: what if the count just keeps going and then, when the update comes out, the requirements change to where you have to level up your dragons all the way to 15 for it to count?

Maybe you're taking a bit of a risk with your strategy and it would be safer to save the money. Don't even grow food since that wastes any XPs you might need later to level up from 25.

Again, this is just some food for thought.

It used to work before the update and it was posted awhile back , but be it iPhone or iPad it really doesn't make a difference when playing Dragonvale.

Got the reindeer quick enough! But STILL working on rainbow and moon!! Dangit! Lol all I want for Xmas is a moon and rainbow.. Moon and rainbow! Lol I've tried allllll combos mentioned here and none have given me any luck.. I really want a moon!

Sounds like an interesting theory but I don't really think that that would happen but even if it were to happen the counter wouldnt be erased and the level cap to 25 for now won't go up for a while in my opinion. Again just my opinion , Breed on!!!

I hope this is true, it would certainly be nice and give those players who have reached all goals (I'm not even close, lol) something to do.

Hi Hannah, unfortunately I think you might be a little confused as Cold x Plant is not actually possible. One of those would have to have been a hybrid (like my successful Reindeer combo of Plant x Bluefire/Bluefire x Plant) for it to work.
Fullbred opposite elements cannot be bred together - which is why dragons like Reindeer, Bluefire and Sandstorm etc can be difficult to obtain; there's always some luck involved with using hybrids as there is always more than one possible outcome and some of the standard ones are much more likely results.

Maybe it was a Snow x Plant or something?

Youre right, I must have got mixed up. I think I used cold + poison (or maybe flower)
