Crystal and blurrier just got me another rainbow. Back in the epic cave with another 48 hour breed.....hoping it's a moon...please please please be a moon.

The only thing i could think of the plant habitat is when you get an update (hopefully) and you want to increase the shrine count to 100 (maybe gold shrine), then you will have to rely on plant hybrids.. But anyway, you can always sell one later and get a new plant habitat and a dragon as they are very cheap..

yea, that's what I was thinking, the habitat and plant dragon are easily replaced down the line. I just noticed that all my GC friends still have it and getting my second moon dragon made me wonder what to do.

I think I will give up my sun habitat for now and when/if ever I get a sun dragon I will get rid of the plant habitat...

Stupid question: has anyone given up their plant habitat in favor of, say, a sun/dragon/rainbow habitat? I'm seriously considering it. What's the point in keeping this low income earner. If I tap on it 15 times a day (approximately once an hour during the day) it only yields a total of 7500 in dragoncash. I don't need a plant dragon right now, I've got the "all Dragon" achievement. OTOH it's nice to have a place to store unwanted plant dragons that I might want to trade for shrine achievements.

Any thoughts?

I finished my plant shrine before I sold mine. My intentions were to sell it for my 2nd sun. I think I told you I replaced it with a cold habitat to work on that shrine since I have yet to get the 2nd sun...or maybe I forgot when we were talking about this yesterday lol

Yes its automatic and each shrine is purchasable with ur gold :
Level 18 - Plant
Level 19 - Earth
Level 20 - Fire
Level 21 - Cold
Level 22 - Lightning
Level 23 - Water
Level 24 - Air

I just looked at your islands, you still have one plant habitat. In my case I would be selling my one and only. What's your plan for the second sun habitat?

Have to agree on the level 25 thing. All you get is more money for the party hats. Does anybody still look for these? It's soooo tedious!

Scorch and Snow and Sonic and Storm. The only difference is that I started breeding between 7.30am to 8am local time and ever since I did that, 1 of every 2 or 3 tries is a 48 hr egg. Hope it works for you too

BTW it's not such a bad idea to get rid of the plant habitat and replace it with a rainbow. Only if it wasn't for the next update, I'd have done exactly that for sure.

I've also been trying for a Rainbow for a while now too. I've been lucky enough to get my Sun and Moon, but after that, it's been nothing. Bred my Bluefire and Crystal dragons(Have 3 of each) well over 50 times already (using the 2 islands) and haven't come up with anything. I'm thinking this combination doesn't work for me. Can anyone confirm a combination that has worked in getting them a Rainbow please?

Blazing + crystal got me my first rainbow. There's loads of other combos too.

You and me both. That's why I sold the 2nd plant habitat and built a 4th cold one. I don't want to sell either of my blue fires after all the problems of everyone else trying to get them and if I remember right I only have one of each of the other colds I have so...retarded I guess but I'm not gonna sell them to complete the shrine lol. Nope, not lame to me. Hahaha. Michelin and I were talking an we would LOVE a habitat in the future that would house any and all baby dragons that we would love to keep. Lol. That's what I keep saying...Gives us something to do right?! Lol

So I've already got my 50/50 earth dragons and am almost done with my fire, but has anyone else noticed that when you complete your 50/50 nit can still go higher? I actually have 53/50 earth dragons. And if you notice, the shrine goes from bronze to silver when it's completed. I'm guessing the next update is going to let us level up our dragons further and get our shrine's to gold. Only way I see myself going this far though, is if they give us upgrades for our habitats since I'm going to need to be able to hold more gold(and dragons) in these things.

What are you going for? I got a moon from Scorch and Storm, and one from Sonic and Storm. Maybe you should try something else and come back to this combo later? Good luck!
