Hi can anyone give a good combo for getting a seaweed as I'm struggling to get one every time I breed I end up with a swamp also what level are all those getting moon and sun and rainbow and do u all have epic breeding island or have any you got rares from the normal cave please help !!!!! Thankkyou in advance x

Try both combos of water x plant / plants x water. It's the best chance

Hey all, got my 2nd 48hr today morning with Bluefire x Crystal.. I hope its a Rainbow.. Then, i will just need the Sun..
Have tried this combination for a lot of times before but failed to get a rare.. Atlast, got it today and that too in the normal breeding cave..
This has now given me some hope of getting the Sun as well.. So, breeding onnnnn..
Thanks for all your suggestions, friends..
What can be the best combination for Sun?? Will start with that before moving on to other tries..
And to add my current stats, almost done on my lightning shrine and also closer to finishing the cold one..
Will have to work on Water and also get to level 24 to get Air shrine as well..

I got two suns from this combo, so I'm guessing it's eithr a sun or a rainbow. Congrats!

Hi! The epic breeding cave was only introduced with the last update. Many people had gotten rares from the regular cave before this. The new cave was introduced and is supposed to help with ur chances of getting rares, but many people that have since bought the epic breeding island have still gotten rares from the regular cave.

Ive heard that using level 10 dragons increase your chances of getting rares but have seen instances of people getting rares with level 7 dragons. It doesnt matter what level you are up to as a player.

And as mentioned previously, try swapping the parents around to get your swamp. Also, are both your parent dragons the same level or is one higher? This may be why you keep getting swamp instead of seaweed. Hope this helps

Hey guys, my 48hr breeding time in the epic breeding cave did turn out to be a sun!! Yay! I'm soo happy. I just need to breed a rainbow now. But I do have 48 hours to wait until it hatches but I just thought I'd keep you guys updated because you're all so supportive

How'd u get a blue fire?

I got a blue fire just by breeding a lvl 10 fire with bout lvl 8 cold no hybrids x but struggling to get a seaweed and flower so annoying x

Had the same problem than I took a Water and Swamp Dragon and got it by the first time. Don't know if it was luck or the combination, it's basically double water (water dragon + water/plant Dragon).
Flower is the basic dragons look under the egg menu which comes first fire and plant I think and it don't has to be a high level. Just make sure whatever dragon is 1st has a higher level than the 2nd one if not I found out they switch priority.

Thanks I will try that my parents have been same lvl I think you see I share the game with my son it's his iPad and he started the game but he wasn't using it to it's full potential lol so I kinda took ova but he still plays it and does the breeding feeding SELLING which makes me furious but as I said it's his iPad so cant really stop him I'll have to get myself one lol but that means starting over just waiting for a second blue fire to finish and I will have another go my seaweed thanks for all the comments very helpful x

2nd 48hr breed time in 3 days!! Epic breedingisland using sonic (L) and storm (R)! My last one was a sun, which i already have so fingers crossed for a moon!!

I just read through a whole weekend's worth of post. Lots of success stories :thumbs: and lots of frustration :thumbsdown:

I stuck to the same two combos all for the past few days: blue fire + storm in orig. cave and blue fire + crystal on the epic island. Finally, this morning my stubbornness was rewarded and my epic breeding island finally showed that it does indeed work. I'm still not sure calling it 'epic' is justified, but I will change my mind if it produces a sun for me. Or at least a rainbow. Pleeeease!

Sometimes I swear the game can read your mind and acts like a rotten child. Try some reverse psychology, fake it out, and you will get your seaweed. I had a hard time getting this guy too (and tree or willow, I think). As soon as I stopped trying and bread for something else and then came back to it after a while I got it. Good luck...you will get your seaweed eventually
