I'm not sure if i can post a link to BFS website, so i'll just post the announcement here regarding the update 1.16 issues:
COLLECTING GIFTS
Some Android and iOS users have experienced crashes when collecting gems from friends since the new update. We're aware of this issue and are looking into it. In the meantime we recommend tapping through slowly to collect your gems - this seems to reduce the frequency of the issue occurring.

Colosseum "Compete" Button
We wanted to let everyone know that we're aware of the issue that went live with the 1.16 update regarding the "Compete" button when entering a Dragon into the Colosseum Event. When tapping the "Compete" button, the window often closes. This is happening for our iOS and Android users.
With the addition of the "Filter" button, the "Compete" button's hit box was shifted. If you try tapping slightly higher, you will be able to get your Dragon entered into the event.
That being said, we have a fix for this issue that will be released in the next update. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the frustration! Sometimes when the Wizards move things around, they get a little thrown off..
ANDROID USERS NOT LOADING INTO GAME
To our beloved Android Users: we are very much aware that some of you are unable to load fully into DragonVale after downloading and installing the 1.16 update.
Thanks to all of you who have emailed in and sent us your detailed device information. We've got good news today! With your help, the wizards have found the source of the issue and are hard at work on a fix.

EXTRA KAIROS PERCH
Ahh Kairos, how we love you! All that aside, there is a known issue with the new 1.16 update. We've expanded users ability to purchase up to 5 extra habitats at anytime during play. If you purchase an extra habitat update with gems, you are able to select the Perch of Kairos. You'll be taken out of the Habitat menu and to Kairos' Perch. This is a known issue and we've got a fix coming in the next update.
If you go back into the Habitat Market, you'll notice that the slot you just purchased is still available so you can select another Habitat to place in your park.
NO UPDATE AVAILABLE FOR AMAZON USERS
Dear Amazon DragonValers. We are very aware that there have been issues with the 1.16 update. Some of you installed it last week, had issues with the update and uninstalled only to find the update no longer available in the Amazon Marketplace. We are working with Amazon to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Thanks for your continued patience and our apologies for the frustration. We're going to get you back in your parks as soon as we're able!
