Yet again, another epic fail. One more to add to the collection!

Ohhh! Di I'm sending you some magic dust as I had wonderful luck whilst away, was only able to check DV twice daily but managed to get my 2 Ourriboros and 2 peppers. I got home and found you are swamped with sooo many fails its not funny. I also hate the new start button it takes so much longer now and happens each time you check n island it's a real pain.

I'm starting to get frustrated with Dragonvale. Every time I collect gems from the crappy new "social menu" the game crashes. It takes reloading up to 6 times before I finish collecting gems.

At first when mine was crashing, I would collect one gem then close the social menu. I would repeat that until I got all of them and it didn't crash the game. Now I just collect one, wait a few seconds, collect another one, then wait. I haven't had the game crash in a while. Try that and see if you can avoid the crashing.



I could do that. But why should I? BFS needs to beta test more. A fully developed park needs a smoother running system. An Whats the point of the Big Enter button when you still have to wait for the loading bar? It's not gone just hidden behind the button.

I am on my lunch break, and I tried breeding crystal and cactus for a peridot. After getting two cactuses in a row I decided to put magnetic and plasma in because the fails are longer and was rewarded with my ouro finally!

I could do that. But why should I? BFS needs to beta test more. A fully developed park needs a smoother running system. An Whats the point of the Big Enter button when you still have to wait for the loading bar? It's not gone just hidden behind the button.

I get your frustrations. The enter button is very annoying and I hope they remove that soon! As they are adding more dragons, more complex habitats, and specific features the game probably needs a more sophisticated system. I can imagine that might take some time for BF to implement, if they consider that option of course.. We don't know.

So I go to work today and was talking to a friend of mine who also plays dragonvale. I remind him the peridot starts today and told him the combo to get it and he gets on his game and gets it on first attempt. Some people have all the luck lol

Thanks for the nice words. I will try to describe the locations better when I show a picture. Do you use Google Earth?
It's quite easy to locate places and really get near
I have it here on my Ipad and just tried to write Hyppeln - this even for us strange name. Got there and could even see the house my son invited us to.

However, I am not sure I can show pictures like this on this forum. Haven't seen anybode else do like that. I often have crossed borders in my life, doing things other people do not do, just because I felt it was right. Of course I do the same here. This game is the first I play on a computor, besides Tetris and Cards sometimes long ago. When I associate to other things, I want to show it - sometimes only because it's beautyful.
We will se if I get punished ....

I am not sure I showed this picture from Hyppeln, a small Island in the arkipelago outside Gothenburg, Sweden. (It's a bit blurry because my wife put on HDR without intention .. Such things happen ... ;o)

Hi, Olds! Yes, I sometimes use google earth. That's a good idea to include something with the pic. Ahhh, as long as you are posting dragon stuff, you'll be okay and I can continue to share in your beautiful pictures. I once had a student that came from Sweden.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! I just got my first double rainbow while trying for ouroboro!!!! I'm so excited its taking everything I have to not blow all my gems to get it now!

That is so exciting that you accidentally got a DH rainbow! Can't call THAT a fail! Lol! I would rather try the combo for DH instead of one DH and one regular rainbow because the fail will surely be 39 hours!

One boro boro on pedestal, no pepper in sight. Have started on peridot and unhappily remember that August is the month of the CRYSTAL CLOG!!

I don't like the enter button.

I miss the messages from the wizards as I stare at the progress bar. But at least it was doing so etching! Moving! That enter button has got to go!

I still have crashing when gemming, mostly when collecting. This brings me back to above rant about enter button....over.....and over........and over......

August will also be the coming of new quarterly gemstone dragon. Jade was released on May16. So i think the new quarterly gemstone will release by mid-August.

Oh no! I thought I still had another month! I hope they tell us before they remove it. The jade eggs are much cheaper than the birthstone ones.
