Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Trophies make no difference in breeding. I still am missing 2 golds, but I have 2 rainbows, 3 suns, and 3 moons.

Btw, Blue Fire + Crystal gave me a sun. Blazing + Crystal gave me my first rainbow. Sonic + Storm gave me 2 suns and 3 moons. Seaweed + Firefly gave me my second rainbow. Try some of those combos. Sonic + Storm seems to yield the most special dragons.

Yes I have tried those. Blue Fire +Crystal for a week now, I got nothing. I tried firefly and seaweed for a few weeks and got nothing. Sonic and storm twice.

I believe that my crystal has to be from both level 10 parents that are hybrid, so I think I will feed up on of the crystals I got from Blue Fire + Crystal and try with that one instead.


Also Everyone I am making my own Dragonvale datasheet and guide that will be updated. Please give suggestions on how I should approach this and what information you guys would want to be on there.

I'm not sure if you need all the gold trophies or not. I don't think so but maybe someone else will comment that has the special dragons but not all the trophies. I've been trying for a few weeks for rainbow and nothing for me yet. Then I switched and had been trying to get sun or moon. Still nothing. I really wonder if it is how the dragons were bred that we are using and if they have all the elements needed. Hope you understand what I mean. Anyways I don't think I've had any feedback from anyone on here of things I've posted. I just looked at your islands and I think they look great! Good job! I look forward to reading what you put on there. For me at this point I will take all the help and suggestions I can get! Lol I know I'm doing something wrong but haven't figured it out yet.

thanks for your feed back! I only got blue fire which was the only rare I have. I bred snow on the left and fire on the right both level ten this happened after many tries with cold and fire to no avail.
But anyway I will be making a guide/database on my blog since nobody updates the old ones.

Ugh!!! I don't know what is worse: not being able to get a Sun, Moon and second Rainbow dragon....or having them all and having nothing else to work for. But I'd sure like to find out.

I'm with u on that. I worked so hard for months since I had this game and I got all 3 rare dragons in one day. Now I have nothing to work for I guess I can tweak the island and move stuff? /sigh. I wish they would give us more then 3 dragons when they update.

For moon and they should all be at least level 7 but I prefer level 10

I have a question, mostly aimed at Brooklyn because we're about the same.

I have every dragon, including 3 rainbows sums and moons. I still don't have the double rainbow achievement or the every last one achievement. Does anyone have any insight to why that is? I'm fairly certain that there's no other secret dragons, so why don't I have it? And why don't I have the double rainbow even though I have 2 level 10s and one egg incubating?

My 7 year old son has gotten the moon and sun dragons by breeding water and storm. I don't know how he managed that but he does love rubbing it in my face. He has the boosts and his set up makes no logical seance. S I am convinced it is random and dragon vale hates me.

I think we need the ability to get another breeding cave so we don't have to wait forever for the rotten random ones. I can't get rainbow, sun or moon.
