edit excel

I have downloaded a few apps to edit excel however none do what I really want. I have a workbook with multiple work sheets. There are a lot of formulas in this work book and most cells are locked. I want to be able to enter a value in an unlocked cell and when I push enter it will automatically jump to next unlocked cell so I can just enter the value and keep go until I have all values entered. What would be the best app for this.
