Find my Ipad ?

Thanks for sticking it out with me. I do have that portion on as well. Her is what it says when i select the device during the search.

A red dot means it’s offline (turned off or not connected to a data network, such as EDGE, 3G, or Wi-Fi)

The Wifi is on and working fine so I'm stumped here.

Hello again folks... right, Find my Ipad

I have this setup except that its showing my ipad nowhere near where it is.

I'm sure the setup is correct but thinking i must be missing something.

Hope someone who can help.

Resolved.... Need 3G or it just looks for an Internet location close to where you last were. Will just have to try not to lose it. Think I will chain it to an elephant
