Flipboard has announced a major update to the popular iOS app today, with the addition of Google+ and enhanced YouTube integration. This means that you can now link your Google+ account to Flipboard, and then get to view all your Circles activity in Flipboard’s gorgeous magazine style. You can also +1 posts that you like from directly within Flipboard or tap status update to share, comment and reply. Flipboard says that the YouTube experience has also been made more like reading a magazine, as you get to flip through your subscriptions, uploads and favourites, and check out popular feeds from categories such as Most Viewed. Also with the update, Flipboard has been made available in five new countries, namely Germany, Italy, Korea, Netherlands and Spain, with fully translated interfaces and reading recommendations provided by local editors. And if you want to check out some of the other versions of Flipboard from around the world, then simply tap the red ribbon, then “This Week†and then choose the content that you want.
