Folders within folders for photos

I am successful with syncing photos from my laptop to iPad but the subfolders do not transfer. Ie; folder 2010 on my PC has multiple folders within it with separate folder names (dates, events, etc), but the subfolders do not transfer-I simply get the 2010 folder and all the photos are listed within it.

You forgot to ask your question. Is your question: can you have subfolders in Photos?

If so, the answer is no. You'll have to sync over your individual subfolders instead of your main 2010 parent folder.
