We had the same last night for dinner too Richard. I put hot English mustard on ours first then the garlic and rosemary with salt and pepper.
And I also microwave my potatoes first and then roast them! They come out all nice and crunchy but soft in the middle! The best!
We had roasted sweet potatoes, pumpkin, onions too and beans on the side. Deelish.
