Congratulations on your daughter's birthday.
Here's a song for her.

Gulp! Doesn't seem real Richard. She can also buy a drink, drive etc... She's still my baby though.

Hi there Hayles. Don't the years fly by. However, there are some great milestones along the way :)

With us, it's our nephews and nieces who mark some of the milestones. We looked after some from the first generation 10 - 20 years ago. Now we have the second generation, one was born in Kent.

At the family get together in the Summer, there were 3 second generation nieces here with an age range from 6 months to 20 years old.

Yes, I know all about large family gatherings, coming from one and marrying into one

I hear you. Last weekend, we took a young relative out shopping for her dorm. She was paying with a credit card and the woman couldn't believe she was 20 (Asian genes, lol). We can't believe she's 20, either. We remember helping take care of her from infancy, helping her learn English, etc.

I know! I remember her as a baby still. Always a mummy. Sad times. Sad times. My other baby is 14.

We use wholemeal pasta. The wine complimented the food :)
