EDIT. Folar de Pascoa seems to be a Portuguese speciality.

I found a recipe on an Australian website, as well as this You Tube video of the dish being made.

Interesting. Nothing like that here though. Sounds like the Cornish Pasty where there was once potato and spices one side and fruit in the other. Two dishes in one.
