The cheesecake has 1 passion fruit in it. It just adds flavour, most people don't even realise its there.

That's cream around and in the centre.

This WAS - Easter breakfast. Not the best pic because of sun splash but winter has been so hard here - I refuse to close a blind to sunshine even if it's for a second.




And at this very moment Canadian geese are overhead - returning from their winter home in Virginia. Another sign of spring.

I've never heard of a "cara" orange. Sure does look juicy and sweet!!
I can't wait for this summer for when the white fleshed peaches come into season! That is my favorite!!
