I love these kind of markets Bill. Even when travelling in other countries, these to me have been great to visit and inspect. Great photo too!

For some reason, Susan (she is 'suenc' here but does not post much) & I love 'baby' animals, especially lamb & veal - BOY, I feel BAD!

Tonight, she made some veal scaloppine for us - pounded first and sautéed w/ oil/butter, lemon, etc. served w/ capers - YES, Italian but she decided on trying a recipe by Emiril Lagasse (HERE) - pic below from the link but looked pretty similar - served w/ some steamed broccoli - I usually drink a Pinot Noir w/ veal, but had already opened a Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon (Ch. Ste. Michelle - Indian Wells Vyd) - nice combination - enjoyed! Dave

Well, if you like finely shredded cheese to top a number of dishes, the below from Costco is HIGHLY recommended - from Italy and a flavored pungency to match the taste of that country (having been there twice myself) - FORGET those American powdered phonies (you know the brand referred to!) - this stuff is just tasty and will enhance a dish appropriate for this additive - NOW, if you're not near a Costco can't give an option, sorry! Dave :thumbs:

Great minds again. How are you my friend? Hectic lifestyle down here with strikes etc... Went to my brother-in-laws party on Sunday and had a triple layer chocolate cake with vanilla in the middle cake with chocolate icing and Maltesers all over. Double yummy.
