We have some pork, plum & ginger sausages waiting to be cooked. I guess you have checked out the recipes on the site. BBQ sausages and mash look good. 

I'll have a look at you local shop. Thanks for the info. It looks good and with home reared pigs for the products. Its hard to beat locally produced food.

Will you all stop talking about gourmet sausages.
In our primitive little island we have to be happy with any sausages at all.
And only one variety beef. just doesn't sound as yummy as the ones you are describing.

Try beef sausages with marmalade on the side of the plate. A schoolboy relish 

Interesting! Marmalade. Not a big eater of that one! Sage jelly, rosemary jelly etc... Yummy! I love sauces and jelly/jam to go with the meat! I'm a bit of a devil when it comes to the traditional stuff. I like mint sauce with beef as well as lamb. Why do you have to have certain sauces with certain meats! Be a devil and be different, that's what I say!
