Watermelons remind me of family Braai (bbq) outings to dams where we used to water ski on the dam and have steaks, boerewors and beer. (I had coke as I was little!)

Our food imports are limited in some respects. The Marsh grapefruits were imported here in the late 1960s! But didn't sell as folk thought they were bad thanks to the pink flesh.

Our grapefruit are called marcott and are huge and sweet

Hi guys ,
The marcott is white flesh and sweet as.
Can grow to the size of a small soccer ball.true!
We also have many other varieties
Lemonade plant it's the size of a large lemon with greeny brow skin and the flesh is sweet which you eat.
But a soft lemony flavor.
Amazing the different varieties we have never seen
Also have a giant passionfruit.the size of a cantalope

I put sugar anthem makes them taste great. 
