If only I had such power. Maybe I should refuse requests from the little people to shine my shoes and use them more productively, like getting my food for instance. Over the last few days I have only managed to eat once in every 22-27 hours. Was starving on drive home today.

Gearing up for dinner at 7.00

made some rogan josh on brown rice with diced lamb and fresh tomatoes n a little yoghurt mixed in with pitta breads (forgot to buy naan bread lol)

Had pork chops marinated in jerk sauce on the grill green beans with bacon garlic onions and a splash of vinegar and red beans rice!
