I bought some B-r-e-a-d in today's market. It's bloomer shaped and delicious. My wife likes it. The wheat has health benefits, according to web-sites.   

My wife worked it out. She had some liquorice - about 3 sweets on each of 2 days. They caused her stomach upset. However she does need to steer clear of White rice and White bread.
