Last night I had some fantastic chips from a chip shop in Bexley. Threw on some home made lamb curry.....fantastic, but not up to Gordon Ramsay's specs.

Mmmmm . . . proper fish n' chips from a proper chippy! So looking forward to this when I come back to the UK at the end of the month. Fish, chips & curry sauce or Hollands steak & kidney pudding, mushy peas and gravy ... heaven on a plate for an expat!

Okay, I'm back! I've had an eventful few days, I can tell you!
Thursday was my 21st anniversary to my hubby! A David Austen Darcy Bussell deep red Rose bush(absolutely beautiful and highly scented!) and of course my iPhone 4! We have had visitors from up north so couldn't get iPad out! Banned!
Then on Friday I fell down the steps of the school bus, full of students, probably hilarious for them but extremely painful for me. I felt every metal edged step going down and landed on my bottom on the tarmac!
I had to have first aid, cold packs and now I'm in bed in agony! I have bruises on my shoulder blades, across my back and backbone and across my hips. Not a happy bunny.
Oh, and I had my favourite last night - lasagne with garlic bread!
