You know, there is something about that greasy, crumb-coated chicken from the colonel.....I can't quite put my finger on it, probably because it keeps sliding on all the grease.......but hell, it does taste just great!

I eat it because there is something in that coating that is addictive. Luckily I don't have it often. I really would be the size of a house. Actually, I can't even remember the last time I had it.

We had a particularly cold greasy purchase from them 3 or 4 years back, and we won't go back there. A Macd will do us now! 

We are boring now! We either eat at pubs or subways. KFC, McDonalds, Burger King etc... Are things in our youth!

We had pork chops and veg from our garden. New potatoes, carrots, peas and mint! Yummy! There is nothing quite like having it straight from the garden. The taste is much better than bought any day!

Having BBQ steak and salad tonight.

Didn't get fish and chips last night.
Can you believe on an island in the pacific ,there was no fish!!!
But did manage to have a garlic butter mud crab.
Mmmmmmm...........
 
Sounds good to me Julie! What's your favourite meal? Mine is still beef curry, roast beef and veg and spaghetti bolognese! Yes, I know that's three but I couldn't decide in the end! We females can change our minds though!

Hayles66 my favorite food would have to be roast lamb cooked with a garlic mustard and rosemary.
Roasted pumpkin and potatoes peas and gravy.
That's winter.
For summer a real prawn sandwich,made with white buttered bread, fresh giant prawns a few slices of avocado,cocktail sauce,squeeze of lemon and eat out side on a hot summers day.crisp white wine!
Just add a couple of well cooked bacon slices and I'm in heaven.
If I had to have a last meal this would be it.
 
For us a nice fresh salad and a pork pie, eaten al fresco, as a light summer lunch.

We also enjoy Welsh lamb with mint jelly - NOT sour old mint sauce - roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots with greens. Dessert a trifle. All with a Rose wine. :)

Yummy!

Yes! You guys are definitely on my foodie wavelength. I love all those things too. I love avocado! You see, it's so hard choosing favourites. I love mint sauce and mint jelly, what does that say about me? I love prawns.

I'm listening to my Back to Black album by Amy. Genius.
