I cannot upgrade from 4.3.2 to 4.3.3 so I can jailbreak my ipad 2

It give me error 3194

I upgraded my itunes to 10.4 but still won't work

Can anyone help?

Did you put it in dfu mode then start iTunes then hold shift then click restore
