Help ipad 2 4.3.5

Hi I bought an IPAD 2 preinstalled with IOS 4.3.5 tried to downgrade using the ipad 2 wifi 4.3.3 firmware and get error 3194 when I try. Tried various this but it won't even get to the stage to downgrading as it will not get past this error. Has anyone manage to downgrade. Any help would be good. thanks.
