Hi everybody....how to set up that my email in ipad always Synchronize with my email

hi..everybody...
i'm new member and have new problem with my outlook email. Please help.
If i have read my outlook email in my laptop, that email will outomatically delete in my outlook email in my ipad.

Does anyone have any suggestion..? how to set up that my email in ipad always Synchronize with my email in laptop..?
