I'm a new member of this forum. My name is Leslie and I'm from Ontario, Canada.
I'm having trouble with my ipad. I'm trying to update the software through itunes but I keep getting a message that it could not continue because it has lost the network connection. I don't understand this. I even had my laptop wired to the modem and it still gives me the message. Can anyone help with this?
