How do i delete the installed application?

Press on the application's icon until it starts to wiggle. On the top left will be an X sign within a circle. Press on it and it will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the app. Confirm, and then it's gone.

Alternative , you can use Itune to delete app, by un-tick the app. This way more effective.

Depends on whether they sync there apps to a certain computer. If not, they may loose more apps then it's worth that way.

you need appsync if you want to sync your jailbroken apps with itunes!
