Dear fellas. I just bought an iPad 3 32 GB Wifi+Cellular but I couldn't find which indicates is really an iPad 3 on it. As far I know only iPad 3 which has 32 GB, but I didn't find on this device lightning connector only 30-pin dock connector port. Also when I accessed into Setting menu it can be upgraded to iOS 6 but iPad 3 should be has already iOS 6 inside, isn't it?

Fellas, please help me with this issue.
Thanks.

Go to Settings > General > About > Model. A quick google of the model code you find there will tell you exactly which device you own.

For reference the iPad3 has a 30 pin connection, not a lightning dock. Lightning was not released when the iPad3 launched. Same with IOS6, brand new models will ship with 6.0, but any older stock may have 5.x installed.

You would only expect to find 6.0 and lightning on the new iPad4 and iPad Mini as standard.
