For those people traveling to France and wanting to use local cellular data, here it is. First, you buy an 8 euros SIM card at an "Orange" outlet. The card is good for a month of cellular data and comes with 100MBs. You do not need a french bank account nor a french address. You do need to provide identification. To obtain more cellular data and/or more time, you call 08-00-22-42-24. Using your cellular phone number that comes with your SIM card, you input the number. The call is all in French so if you don't have sufficient French, just go to an Orange shop and you can have some one help you. This is a prepaid plan so when you have exhausted the data, you don't get further charges. You can get a 2 month plan for 25 euros and 450MBs or a 3 month plan for 35 euros and 675MBs.
