How to get the personal certificate to iPad?

I'd like to install my personal certificate (for e-banking, e-government, etc.) on iPad. How could I do this? On the laptop, I already have the exported certificate in both PFX and P12 files. Sending the file via email and then downloading it on iPad is out of question. I know how to use WinSCP, SSH, iFile, etc. so I guess I just need to know where to put the file on iPad, which could then be imported in Safari?
Unless it can be also done with desktop applications such as iTunes, iExplorer, iFunbox...?
