Have an iMac with 19000 songs I have ripped over the years. I play music for functions using my iPad via a apple express and speaker system.
I sync about 8000 songs on my iPad (3) for these functions, but usually requested songs are at home on my iMac.
There is wifi in other owners homes nearby, however not Apple routers. I normally connect to my Airport express directly (wifi).
Is there any way to get to all my music if I put in iCloud?
Or
Is there a way to use an external HD hooked to the Airport Express with iPad?
Or
use Time Capsule with iPad and Airport Express?
This is a free happy hour get together at a community marina, so dragging my iMac there is not an option.
