I am new to iPAd but an avid Apple consumer. There are some features that are old friends, but I keep running into nuances that are new. For example, the mail program. I can't believe I can't create folders and organize my mail so I don't have to carry ALL of the mail along on the main screen. It doesn't seem logical that Apple wouldn't model it after the simple Mail program it uses in it's latest OS version. I guess I'll have to adjust to the concept of using a tablet!
I am grateful for this forum. I know it's going to be a lifesaver!

Maybe try a Gmail account, they have folders!

Hello all. My mom just bought an iPad 2 so I thought I should sign her up to the forum. She's pretty knew to the whole pad revolution but totally willing to learn. I will be posting some questions as well so that I can better help her with her new toy. I already posted a question so any one feel free to reply. Thanks guys. Have a wicked new years!

Hi there. I became member quit a few months ago. Happy to become member of this community. I am a happy user of my iphone 4 and ipad 2 and macbook. Best wishes for the new year.
 
Hey, I'm 32degrees, and my mom has a Droid and I also have a DSiXL and I fell in love with those, so I figured the iPad was the next step up, and was I ever right! I just got this about four days ago, so I'm kinda new at this!
