Hello World! I am noob hére from the. Philippines........ Just got my new iPad2 3G+WIFI. It is quite expansive for I spent moré than 1k USD because I thought there is an ap I could download so I could use this like a phone with call and SMS but its not.

I am a bit sad because I need to have 2 subscription in the telephone company for my phone and for my iPad2 3G. I wish that there could be an ap so i could use this as phone so my number which SIM is inserted here would accept incoming calls and would allow SMS

Hi green bean: sorry to hear that you have to have 2 scripts for your phone and iPad. Though I am thinking out of the box...why not Skype people and using that to converse with people.

kmattlin here..I'm a recent convert to Apple products over the last 3 years..Started with an IMac..Loved it so got a 2G IPhone..Then a Macbook Pro 17 inch and Now have a 64G 3g IPad ordered..Of course I'm Retired...!!!

I'm darlene from VA, got an iPad 2 for Xmas and have tons of apps already, just having a blast with it. I have an Android phone, iPod, desk top and laptop on HP. I wanted an iPad just for the great photo i apps.

Deanb here...new 2 the forum & so far looks like it could b a great resource...initially was looking on how 2 do a better slideshow & iPad is very limited so any ideas? Looking @ apps they didn't seem 2 do better than 10 pics...I have 400 odd & want 2 add my music....again iPad slideshow plays only 1 selection....what's up with that??
