So, TP...was that from Philosophy 101 class, or Pre-Calculus? :)

milliHelen: amount of beauty required to launch one ship.

Much later than either of those. I don't' have anything left from that far back. I actually paid attention in Philosophy 101. It was the hardest 'C' I ever earned. :)

I'm cleaning house, and found this in an old notebook. I'm posting it just to prove I really do doodle this way, sometimes at least. Your's are much better. They show you give thought to the overall balance of the finished image and care to details. I just start somewhere on the page and keep going until I get bored or interrupted. :)

Is that illuminati action in the centre lower half of the page? ;)

If I say yes, you'll know I'm lying, because a true believer would never reveal himself . So I'll say no, and all will remain in shadow, unresolved, as a good conspiracy should. ;)

Seal laying right next to our yacht. Wouldn't let us board.

I love yours, though. The way you put reality in with the abstract is really great. You should do more of these. =]

My project of the day. Soon to be inked with color.

That's wonderful. I too really like the way you combined the images and abstracts.

Keep doodling. You're really artistic.

Thanks. It's a whim thing.

Sometimes I print out color book pages and make a quick trip back to my childhood fascination with Crayola. I try to keep a pack of crayons around, though they sometimes get co-opted by the children of visiting relatives. Other miscellaneous art supplies are usually close to hand as well, and simple musical instruments like harmonicas and recorders.

I like to be prepared for whimsy. :)

Found a couple folders with the results of my occasional trips back to chilhood.

I saw the Walt Disney version of Peter Pan when I was about five. We sat through two showings of it in the theater. I've been fighting a losing battle against growing up ever since. :)
