Looks like a small older house, not sure? - but reminds me of a recent story read about the 'small shotgun house' of one of the founders of New Orleans jazz, i.e. Buddy Bolden (1877-1931), a cornet player - the house was due for demolition but 'saved' and will likely be restored - Dave

The house was likely about 90 years old or so.
