Oh dear ... All the more reason Apple should have had the update available early this morning. I am looking at my iTunes and it says 3 HOURS to update!!! Is this correct??? Good thing I am updating the iPad first as I will need the iPhone to communicate with the outside world. Expecting some important emails.

Still restoring apps...about 80% done though. [Drumming fingers]

I update iTunes last night on two computers. Just start the ISO5 update on a iPad1 & iPad2.

Have some patience...there are no doubt a lot of folks updating now so things may move slowly.
