Not much help. How sad. They gave me a # I'm the 60th thousand person next in line - IF they find my problem viable or relevant,,,,:-(
That doesn't mean I am disappointed with the info sci, I still REALLY appreciate that info.....I am sure when the screaming slows down! and a new version comes out my question will become relevant!

Here' sweat I found on Forbes mag. Thru google, hope it helps some one:
iOS 7 has a new way to kill apps.
1. Press the Home button twice so you see your running apps in rectangles on the screen
2. Flick to left or right to bring apps into view
3. Flick any unneeded apps up and away to the top of the screen to close them

Thank Goodness somebody understands! thank you Ingliside for letting me know someone else understand what I am talking about! It will be so great to know when somebody figures out the glitch too, but I'm afraid we are way down the list for that problem!

See where it says erase all data on this iPad after 10 pass code attempts? It has threatened to do that before I upgraded to IOS 7! Now that I have upgraded it will let me start over but I'm not even going to try because I KNOW what will happen!

You don't miss a thing, ah those poor children who just want to be unseen for a minute or two, to daydream as they look out the window......or stay awake for 24 -72 hrs and still sound sane, did you see what my keyboard did? Just read where somebody got so frustrated they finally just went for the factory recovery and knowingly LOST ALL DATA! :-( I don't want to do THAT!

If you have a recent backup, you won't lose everything. Your data and settings are stored there.Yup! If you haven't done this already, backup your iPad. Then you don't need to worry when you have to restore it.
