iPad 2 jailbreak question, 4.3.3 to 5.0.1

Hi, I have a iPad 2, it's 4.3.3 JB, how do I upgrade it to 5.0.1 JB without losing anything? Thanks!

If you have SHSH blobs saved for iOS 5.0.1, have a look at this tutorial here: http://www.ipadforums.net/showthread.php?t=76087

Doesn't work, it says restore failed, then my iPad won't sync to iTunes anymore, please help!
