iPad in Mexico?

I am taking my new Ipad to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. I get cell service their but does anyone know if the Ipad will work?

why it shouldn't? 3g is another matter, it may cost you more to connect to the internet because the roaming, wifi prices depends on the owner of the hotspot; san lucas its not a big city and may or may not have too many places with a wifi connection.

Works fine in Canada and France.. You have to buy an Intl data plan from ATT though ifnyou want to use 3G.
