IPAD IOS8 update problem

Hi I have just installed the ios 8 and i cant log in to my ipad anymore.

I am entering my passcode then it appears the following:

"update completed, there are just a few more steps to follow and then you are done"

and then its requesting my apple id psw in order to finish setting up icloud, i enter my psw and then it goes to the first page again asking for my pass-code and all the above appears again and again....

what i am supposed to do?

No it does not

hello again,
unfortunately there is nothing like that to do.
when its requesting my apple id psw in order to finish setting up icloud there is an option to skip it but even if u click skip then it goes to the first page again asking for my pass-code and all the above appears again and again....
